7 Guilty Mistakes Of Abdominal Exercises
Have you been doing your crunches for centuries now and still do not have those perfectly firm shaped abs that you dream most of the time? Do you keep your diet with a timely exercise and still have no abs to show off for your upcoming beach vacation? Or are you by now simply giving up on all of these and be satisfied with being fat and lonely? My dear ladies, do not put yourself down as you are not solely to be blamed for all these. However, you may be guilty on some point. So, before you drive yourself to insanity lane in trying to get those six pack abs of yours, let me share with you few of the mistakes you have made during your quest for a great shaped core.
Crunches! Crunches! Crunches! Many women drive their selves to full time crunches almost each and every day thinking that by doing so they could automatically get those wonderful abs in no time. The only problem is that this type of exercise simply gets you to target only one part of your stomach and disregard the rest of the region which aids you to develop firm six pack abs. Hence, try other exercises that would let you shape up your stomach including the obliques.
Repeats are good but never better! Another mistake that we women are guilty of is sticking with doing crunches until we reach our 100th count or more. This is definitely a myth that you must not heed. If you want great results, then do your crunches or other abdominal exercise properly with a good eight to fifteen repetitions per exercise.
Abs Exercise – My daily routine! Sticking to one form of abs workout can simply let your stomach muscles to be accustomed to one routine challenge every day. This would only get you to a certain point in achieving your dreamed abs. What you need to do is to get your muscles fired up by doing various forms of exercises every day.
Mindless Form! Again, proper exercise is the key to a slimmer body with a full six pack abs as a bonus. When you do crunches or other abdominal workouts it is a must that you do it while focusing your core. How do you do it? Simply pull down you navel towards your spine. Such action would help engage more muscles fibers while you do your exercise in a good number of repeats. Not focusing will simply lead you to an enjoyable workout without any abs benefits at all.
Fat Burners and training gizmos Ad –stay like that! Fat burner products, fruit mixes and other drinks, as well as training machines and gadgets, are widely being advertised by the media to gather up the market’s money. Advertisements are simply advertisements to profit, surely not the public but, the product’s company. So, remember if such product promises you something that seemed too good to be true, try closing your eyes on them and focus doing your abs workout in the right way.
Spot Training – Way to go! Women come in various sizes and shape. There are those who have truly neglected their bodies for a long time while there are those who already have firm, strong defined abs but are simply covered by fat. If you belong to the first group of women, then you have a lot of work to do. However, if you are from the latter one then you can simply stick to a healthy diet and cardio workouts. Such actions would definitely give you a caloric deficit that is essential to lose weight.
Abs Focus – Round The Clock! Even when you are not exercising, it is quite good to focus on your abs. Why? Simply because your abs are not there for the purpose of being shown off once they’re firm and well defined but they play a vital role in a person’s balance, posture and stabilization. So, continue doing the pull your navel to your spine thing round the clock.
